I think you are doing great.

I think that since you have lost a lot of weight your body is far more able to quickly bring down highs now, especially with the exercise you do on a regular basis, the exercise should be keeping the glycogen reserves down and those, when empty, allow the body to hide about a pound of blood glucose for later use, of course it would also hide four pounds of water at the same time.</description>
