I’m taking a little break in writing about action planning. My goals are more or less staying the same right now and I’m probably more focused on dealing with the stress at home than working on new goals.

  1. I hope the stress diminishes and that you can cope with it all.

    It is sorta the same for me too, mostly gotten into the pattern now, just having to tweak it a little.

  2. I’m trying an exchange diet right now. Lots of good things to choose from, but restricted on empty carbs. It’s helping my blood sugars – we’ll say if it does anything for my weight.
