It’s that time again, time to review last week’s goals and set new goals for this week. How’d you do?
In writing your action plan, be sure it includes
what you are going to do,
how much you are going to do,
when you are going to do it, and
how many days a week you are going to do it.

Well, looking at my goals this week – I started rehab and I’ve been a little bit active nearly every day. Yay! I’m continuing my exercise goal.
I will attend rehab 3 days per week (barring illness or injury) and on 3 remaining days per week I will do some other physical activity.
My eating goals, are not where I want them. Reviewing last week, it’s not so much that I binged or even grazed – it was just a little extra here or there that caused me to end up 3-400 calories over goal most days. It’s funny how fast those calories can add up. My goal this week is to avoid those extra calories and stick to my plan.

My Nutri-System food came today, so I will be starting that eating plan tomorrow. I am finally feeling well enough to exercise again. I did 5 minutes on the cycle today and will continue with that as a minimum. I also got a walking video as part of the Nutri-System stuff and I’ll be checking that out sometime this week.

Last week went ok, this week I will try to keep my exercise goals the same as last week. Though I appear rather tired so far.
