Actually, we’re on a little break from vacation. Pug needed to “re-charge” his batteries and I needed to recover a little. So much running around has left me with a very sore leg. And a cough that just won’t go away. I’m very tired of this cold.

At any rate, in addition to the Branson Belle, we went to see the Spirit of the Dance and the Chinese Acrobats. Pug and I agree that the Chinese Acrobats was the best show we saw. They were absolutely amazing!

Next week we’ll do a little tourism around the Springfield area. Not quite sure what we’ll see yet. Pug seems interested in the Civil War so we may go out to see the Wilson’s Creek Battlefield and who can go to Springfield without going to Bass Pro? There are museums and zoos and the wildlife park in the area so I guess we’ll find something to do.

I should have added that my blood sugars are actually doing much better – since I’m active and haven’t been very hungry. But they’re still too high. I was too sick to go to the doctor the day of my appointment so I’ll be going in a couple weeks.
